Established in 1993, Qingdao International Maritime Services Co. Ltd. (INMARSCO) is a joint venture invested by MSI Ship Management(Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in 1993. it is the only crew management company designated by Singapore IMC Group in China. It is also in the first batch of seafarer manning agencies approved by Ministry of Transport of China.

Crewing Develepment
 

With a vision of providing quality crew, INMARSCO recruits fresh graduates from well-known maritime universities and colleges. Hand in hand with the selection process is the business of training seafarers with great emphasis given for the quality and efficiency of each selected crew.
A high level of training is being invested at our maritime training institutions, IMC (Qingdao) Seafarers Training Center and IMC Tanker Training Center in Zhoushan. Continuous trainings on theories, professional knowledge & skills, safety, psychology and corporate culture are being conducted to the seafarers.
